How the Store Handles Data
This store sells software. That shapes what we hold: a licence key has to be tied to somebody, and a download has to be authorised. Here is exactly what that means, in the order it happens.
Before you buy
Browsing needs nothing from you. The server keeps a standard access log of requests, times and IP addresses. There is no Google Analytics on this store, no advertising pixel and no session recording.
At checkout
Stripe handles the card itself. Your card number goes to Stripe and never to us; what comes back is a confirmation, the last four digits and the card brand.
Your email address is doing real work here, not sitting on a list. It is the address your licence key is issued against and the one that identifies you if you ask for support or a refund.
While you hold a licence
A licence key is checked when software activates. That check records the key, the site it is activating on, and the time. We use it to enforce the licence limit and to show you which of your sites are using activations.
It is not a telemetry channel. We do not collect what your site contains, who visits it, or what you build with it.
If you write to support
We keep the conversation, because the next question usually depends on the last one. If you paste a log, a URL or a screenshot into a ticket, we hold that too.
Do not paste production credentials into a support ticket. If you do, tell us. We will delete the message and ask you to rotate them.
Everyone who receives your details

Renewals, and why this section is short
Nothing in this store currently renews automatically. Every licence sold today is a one-time payment, and we are not holding a card on file against a future charge.
If we introduce renewing licences, which is common for software, three things are promised in advance and will be true from the first day it is offered:
- Shown before you pay. The price, the interval and the cancellation route appear at checkout, not only in a terms page.
- A reminder seven days ahead. An email before each renewal saying what is about to be charged, and when.
- Cancel from your account. A link that works immediately. You will never have to email us to stop a payment.
AI
Some of the copy on this store was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a person before publishing. Where a screenshot or illustration is AI generated rather than captured from real software, it is labelled where it appears.
Nothing on your side goes near an AI service. Not your order, not your licence activations, not your support tickets. No automated system decides anything about your account.
Cookies
Functional only: your cart, your login session, and a record of your cookie choice. Nothing here is tracking you between sites.
How long we keep it
Your requests
Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion at privacy@ameensystems.com. No reason needed, answered within thirty days. Deleting your account ends the licence tied to it, so we will confirm that with you before doing it rather than after.
Children
This store is for adults buying software licences. It is not directed at under 13s and we do not knowingly collect their information.
